I wouls suggest maybe adding some shading and shadows on the face, as you have done a nice job with the lighting, so it would be nice to see some darker areas too.
Also I think the ear coming out of the mane may need some reshaping as it seems a bit too pointy too me compared with the other ear. (I like the soft curve of that one better.)
I really think you have successed in creating a very cute character
I think the shading needs a bit of work, especially around her mane and ear. I'd suggest making it darker, and the overall color of her skin just a touch lighter. '
The colors are balanced fairly well and the proportions are good, though I'd make her horn tilt more to the right since her head is facing right and not directly at the 'camera'.
